Currently PHE subsidiaries' data and applications, including in PHE WMO and PHE ONWJ, bave not been standardized and hence cause difficulties in consolidating and reporting PHE subsidiaries' information to PHE. Information System Architecture will provide guidance on standardization and integration of data and applications in PHE WMO and PHE ONWJ. This research was conducted using qualitative research method with interpretive approach. The data were collected using qualitative interview, focus group discussion, as well as collection and examination of materials and artifacts. The data processing and analysis was done using Thematic Analysis. The TOGAF Framework was used as the reference to develop the Information System Architecture. This research resulted in PHE WMO and PHE ONWJ Information System Architecture, which consists of Architecture Principles, Stakeholder Mapping, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Data Architecture, Architecture Solutions, and Migration Planning.
