Information system factors eliminated using Delphi method through consensus of 7 experts. Delphi method was used as measured of variables in PLS-SEM. The Estimation of using PLS-SEM method of 72 lecturers as respondents shows that the latent variable of academic reputation and citation per paper are having significant correlation to university competitiveness.
