N2 - XYZ company is a multinational company owning 40 worldwide offices. Since the business is geographically distributed with many employees, tight, strong, and efficient coordination is necessary. This paper observes how virtual organization is implemented in the XYZ company as a globally distributed company. This research was conducted with a qualitative method. Primary data is obtained with interviews and secondary data collected from relevant studies and literature documents from trusted sources. The result shows the organizational structure, communication, collaboration, and XYZ's diversity and inclusion. This company uses a distributed communication model. Every branch can collaborate with any branch. They use several tools for collaboration and communication, such as Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Jira, Confluence, and Internal Global Website System. To handle the challenge in time zone differences, XYZ company has two communication methods: synchronous and asynchronous communication. XYZ company encourage a diverse and inclusive workspace because they have branch all over the world. It shows that virtual organization is becoming an increasingly important mode of work with the widespread use of information technologies. With the help of a virtual organization, a globally distributed company can connect each of its branches even though they are geographically apart from each other.
