Abstract

This research was conducted to assist the program of knowledge management (KM) implementation, which aims to improve the quality of services through bureaucratic reform. The main issue of KM implementation is critical success factors (CSF), for researches in Indonesian healthcare organization are still very limited. Therefore, it is needed to identify the components CSF of KM related to Health Information System (HIS) that was declared on Roadmap Action Plan of the Minister of Health to improve public health services through e-Health. The literatures found that are related to KM components are: people, process, technology, culture, content, etc. We focused on components: awareness and commitment, strategy, culture, people, structure, and information technology (IT) into questionnaire instruments. Subsequently, the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) used to list priorities, whereas each of it contains sub criteria. The outcome of components priorities will be noted as recommendation policy for government, and further referral for mental hospital in achieving the goals of KM program.
