N2 - The Indonesian government is accelerating road and bridge infrastructure to connect regions in the last 10 years. In the construction of the bridge, the latest technology used is to use precast box girders as the main girder. The main problem in the implementation of the construction is delays due to delays in production time at the precast factory. So, it is very important to know what factors affect the delay. The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that affect the delay in the production time of precast box girders. This method of research is designed as mix method. The data collection technique used are the Delphi method, survey, and focus group discussion. While the data analysis technique used is quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, 7 main factors affect the delay in the production time of precast box girders, namely aspects of human resources, material aspects, equipment aspects, financial aspects, design aspects, document completeness aspects, and force majeure aspects. By knowing the factors that affect the delay in the production time of precast box girders, corrective actions can be planned to intervene in these influencing factors to minimize delays.
