Hubungan Konflik Kerja-Keluarga dengan Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja pada Karyawati Bank

Conflict between work and family is the most stressful issue for working women. This research aims at knowing significan and negative relationship between work-familiy conflict and quality of worklife among banks women workers. This research uses quantitative methods with non-experimental design. The research result shows that there is significant-negative relationship between work-family conflict and quality of work-life among bankswomen workers with r= -0,497 based on Pearson correlation.Based on thisresearch,itissuggested forwomen workerparticularlywhoworkin the banks to pay attention its result in order for them to feel life satisfaction both in workplace and family. It is suggested also for all companies to adopt and adapt facilities and policies in order for their workers to make balance in the role both in family and company.
