Abstract

E-Riset or E-Research is an e-government practice in supporting the implementation of technology-based governance. This application aims to make the research database in each of the NIHRD Work Units spread across Indonesia be integrated and monitored. This study uses qualitative-descriptive methods through in-depth interviews. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of e-Research requires a review. The existence of e-Riset creates many benefits and also creates better coordination between the NIHRD Work Units so that evaluations are needed to follow up on emerging problems related with HR Practices.
