Abstract
Introduction: Allergic disease is a complex disease that results from interaction between environmental factors have been carried out while the research on genetic factor has grown rapidly in recent decades. The first study is to use a well-known candidate gene approach/region gene studies, Positional cloning by linkage and genome - wide association studies (GWAS) that discovered the role of genes ORMI - Like 3 (ORMDL3) and Gasdermin Like (SDML) on chromosome 17q 12 -21.1 . in asthma.
