Abstract
Introduction: There has been a shift in disease patterns from malnutrition and infectious diseases to degenerative diseases. Degenerative diseases can be prevented by practicing clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS). It is an effort made to empower people to maintain, improve and protect their health. According to the 2018 Riskesdas, the proportion of household members who behave properly wash their hands correctly in Indonesia is 49.8%, the prevalence of smoking in the population aged> 10 years in Indonesia is 29.3%. Purpose: To describe the implementation of clean and healthy living behavior in household settings in Indonesia Methods: This study was conducted with a systematic review through article searches on Google Scholar and Science Direct online databases, with variables related to 10 indicators of clean and healthy living behavior in household settings, articles were selected according to the PRISMA diagram flow and thematic analysis was carried out. Results: People who gave birth assisted by health workers as much as 60-100%, For exclusive breastfeeding as much as 42.7-91.1%, then the behavior of weighing babies and toddlers as much as 80-94.1%, While people who wash their hands with clean water and soap as much as 28.3-52.9%, For people who have clean water sources as much as 94-100%, People who have latrines as much as 49.43-100%. The behavior of eradicating mosquito larvae is 56.65-100%, the habit of consuming healthy and nutritious food is 54.2-70%, then people who do routine physical activity are 24-100%, and the behavior of people who do not smoke is 28-59.6%. Conclusion: Based on the results of the systematic review, it can be concluded that the percentage of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) in household settings in Indonesia is 30-73.53%. This proportion range is in accordance and greater with the 2013 riskesdas data which shows that the achievement of household PHBS is 32.3%, and the 2018 riskesdas shows that 68.74%.
