Abstract
Introduction: Culture and health are closely related, while the health problems that often occur today are partly due to the culture of the community itself. Objective: to determine the socio-cultural factors that affect the quality of life of hypertension. Methods: This research uses the literature study method. This study uses secondary data obtained from the inclusion method, obtained 6 sources of literature, namely scientific articles that have been assessed for feasibility Results: The results reviewed showed that socio-cultural influences a person's psychological condition and health. Men or women both have the same risk. Conclusion: This systematic review describes the socio-cultural multifactors associated with the quality of life and the incidence of hypertension in Indonesia. The factors in this study are age, economy, family support, types of food consumed, and socio-cultural.
