Abstract

UTAUT and ECM are widely-used models for predicting user behavior and continuance intention of using information systems. This study intends to determine aspects that have effect on continuance intention of using PowerSuite, a travel agency information system, using the ECM and UTAUT approach. The proposed model was established using SEM-PLS via SMARTPLS v. 3.6.2 tool. Analysis of 106 respondents showed that technical support, training, self-efficacy and user interfaces affect continuance intention of using PowerSuite via perceived usefulness and user satisfaction.
