N2 - The objective of this study is to conduct a comprehensive examination of existing research pertaining to the simultaneous operation of various technologies within the 6 GHz frequency band. Specifically, this analysis focuses on the coexistence of Wi-FI or International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT)/5G services with the incumbent service, as well as the potential for both technologies to operate harmoniously without creating any harmful interference to the incumbent service. The coexistence within this band poses significant challenges, but it may provide new opportunities for developing processes and features that can support proliferating applications with high bandwidth and stringent latency requirements. This paper presents a comprehensive review, aiming to identify potential solutions for optimizing the utilization of 6 GHz bands. Through our analysis, we have identified three possible approaches that could address this issue effectively.
