N2 - Maintenance is the most essential factor for every industry in order to optimally operate the work and minimize maintenance costs. This research was conducted in the Operation & Maintenance (O & M) department of PLTM XYZ using the Six Sigma Maintenance Scorecard which aims to measure the level of achievement of comprehensive maintenance performance by transforming the company's goals. The Six Sigma Maintenance Scorecard uses the European Standard Maintenance Key Performance Indicators as a performance measurement indicator, which considers three perspectives; economic, technical, and organizational. There are 17 indicators relevant to PLTM XYZ, consisting of 6 economic indicators, 9 technical indicators, and 2 organizational indicators. The weighting of each indicator is carried out by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as an input for the Pn attribute in determining the sigma level. Afterwards, the calculation of the Six Sigma Maintenance Scorecard resulted in a sigma level value of 3.38 which shows that the maintenance performance at PLTM XYZ has a process capability of around 96,75%, which could be categorized in the average industry performance generally, therefore improvements are still needed. Furthermore, there are some indicators that need to be analyzed in terms of providing appropriate improvement suggestions to reach 6σ level.
