Abstract

The growth of Jakarta is very rapid, as the metropolitan city, Jakarta is inseparable from buffer zones, and the growth of vehicles increases every year causing congestion, air pollution to increase temperature. Studies are needed to analyze the causes, one of which is research related to traffic management that analyzes the correlation between congestion and temperature increase and also CO2 and how spatial analysis of the surrounding environment. The research area was carried out on the road section from Juanda Station (Central Jakarta) to Kalideres Terminal (West Jakarta) and also in the opposite direction using non-toll road routes carried out on weekdays during peak hours in the morning and during the day to see the comparison. The method used is measurement on the GNSS PPK Server, Trimble NetR9, and Environmental Sensor (HT 2000) tools installed densely by private vehicles. The results of the analysis found that temperature and CO2 increased at congestion points in the area around Kalideres Terminal due to the many industrial-logistics-warehousing activities and many public vehicles in the city and outside the city that passed while in the Juanda Station area tended to be stable because the area was more organized and road users were not as many as in the Kalideres Terminal Area. This research can be used for the government to organize the area and regulate the transportation system in Jakarta.
