Effect of Pb-doped on dielectric properties of La1-xPbxFe0.5Ti0.5O3 with x = 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 at room temperature

Abstract

The structural and electrical properties at room temperature of perovskite materials La1-xPbxFe0.5Ti0.5O3 (x = 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3) have been studied. All samples were prepared using sol-gel and sintering method. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results in a single phase with orthorhombic structure and pnma space group. The atomic composition of La1-xPbxFe0.5Ti0.5O3 perovskite was checked by X-ray fluorescence (XRF and shows suitability with stoichiometric. The electrical properties of La1-xPbxFe0.5Ti0.5O3 (x = 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3) at frequency range of 100Hz-1MHz at room temperature was analyzed using impedance spectroscopy method. Impedance data show that no significant change of impedance value as increasing of Pb-dopant. The dielectric spectra show that Pb-doped on La1-xPbxFe0.5Ti0.5O3 causes the decreasing of dielectric constant values.
