title = "Effect of learning quality and business value growth on client and vendor relationship quality",
abstract = "Business competition between companies is increasing, which encourages companies to be more competitive. Companies will try to find more profitable business patterns, one of which is by implementing outsourcing to reduce costs in production. However, as the competitiveness increases, some companies have outsourced their core competencies. One business that applies it is the vehicle body repair workshop. It outsources technicians for its core competency, which is to repair the vehicle body. Many researchers explain that outsourcing can only be done for non-core competencies. To obtain successful outsourcing in core competencies, the relational quality between clients and vendors must always be maintained. Vendors as service providers must improve the learning quality and the business value growth to compete with other companies. The results of this study explain that relational quality is influenced by managerial learning quality and business value growth. ",
