N2 - Among the group of materials with the double perovskite structure, a half-metallic Sr2FeMoO6 (SFMO) system has attracted increasing attention. Recently, numerous studies have been carried out to understand the structural, magnetic, and magnetocaloric properties of SFMO [1-3] since the SFMO materials have TC about the room temperature, high low-field magnetic resistance (MR), and magnetocaloric effect. With these achievable properties, SFMO with double perovskite structure has become one of promising materials for spintronic applications such as spin-valve device, novel magnetic recording media, and spin-polarized current source material [4,5].
