Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational identification on work-life conflict and work addiction, and the impact of work-life conflict and work addiction on work engagement. Data were collected through a survey of 261 riders of online motorcycle taxis operated in Jakarta, Indonesia. This study used a structural equation model, and observed that organizational identification does not significantly affect work-life conflict. However, it has a significant positive effect on work addiction. Work-life conflict has a significant adverse impact on work engagement, and work addiction has a significant positive effect on work engagement.
