Automatic Weather Station is one of the instrumentation used in the Agency of Meteorological, Climatological, and Geophysics to collect weather information data. Real-Time AWS that connected to the internet can be used as a data source for weather analysis and forecasting. BMKG recently uses the FTP protocol for AWS data communications. FTP-based data transmission has a disadvantage if the number of AWS sites is very large, there is a buildup of data on the FTP server so that the data is late on the FTP server. This study aims to design and develop realtime Automatic Weather Station to be connected to the internet network based on the HTTP protocol. The developed system consisted of meteorology sensor components, data loggers for data acquisition, power supply, and Machine to Machine-based cellular communication modules. The data sent from the data logger using serial module interface GPRS / 2G FXT009 and forwarded to a web server via HTTP protocol. These data displayed in a web browser in order for users to be able to know the weather changes every 10 minutes. The developed system was able to send 100 percent presentation data from 4463 data packages.
