A road construction project with the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) as a result of poor planning can affect the quality of the project. WBS is very important in the management planning process by turning it into phases, and work packages. Risk-based WBS standardization is one that can be a reference in road construction projects to achieve project quality. The most dominant risk variables were chosen using questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS (Package Statistics for Social Sciences) then added to the WBS arrangement in order to obtain results that were accurate results.",
