Abstract

This poster presents the results of the validity and reliability test of the Inventori Kepribadian Untuk Ners (IKUN) instrument developed by Kuntarti (2021). The instrument was developed to measure the traits possessed by people with caring personalities. The empirical test involved 488 nursing students and nurses throughout Indonesia.
