abstract = "This research was conducted at a manufacturing company engaged in paper and flexible packaging with the main products being packaging materials made of paper and plastic. Several problems related to the delivery of finished goods to customers and in addition, the company has operated for more than 7 years and the transporter KPI has never been determined as the basis for selecting a transporter. The AHP-TOPSIS method is used to determine which KPIs and transporters are the priority to be selected for the company's finished goods delivery operations. The determination of criteria and sub-criteria is built on expert answers with closed and semi-open questionnaires. From data processing using the AHP and TOPSIS methods, the best transporter is obtained which is expected to be able to meet the company's needs in shipping finished goods to packaging manufacturing customers whose demands are getting higher with the times.",
