The better the performance of a company, the more successful the company can be. The performance indicator of a construction company can be shown from its profitable, growth, sustainable, and competitive performance. However, to improve construction company performance in Indonesia, two main questions need to be answered: what are the construction company performance indicators as the success measuring tool and how many indicators will influence to create an ideal construction company business system. The use of survey method was the preferred method for answering these research questions. Analyses used in this research are statistical analysis and cluster analysis. The result of the research shows a firm relationship among the performance indicators. The company's performance quality is measured by the company's ability to grow and develop profit and technology implementation, ability to improve productivity and sustainability client satisfaction, and ability to have competent human resources.
