N2 - Indonesian Merdeka Belajar Kampus-Merdeka (MBKM) policy has begun to be implemented in 2021. As a new policy, many stakeholders are not optimal in managing knowledge in personnel, organizations and between organizations involved in MBKM activities. This study proposes a Knowledge Sharing System (KSS) design solution for MBKM activities that answers the research question of how to design KSS for Indonesian MBKM policies. The data collection process involved 80 respondents consisting of lecturers, students and coordinators at universities, schools, industry and government. This research uses User Centered Design (UCD) method by adopting Soft System Methodology (SSM), Fishbone Analysis with Knowledge Management (KM) Diamond components, UML modeling, Balsamiq Wireframe design tools, and Fleiss Kappa formula. The evaluation stage for 10 evaluators consisting of students, lecturers and the head of the study program resulted in a design solution with a value of 0.55 on the Fleiss Kappa formula, which means it is quite accepted by the evaluators. This research has an impact on the sustainability of knowledge from MBKM activities.
