N2 - In the latest decades, various hardware and software were developed very rapidly. Based on data Central Bureau Statistic of Indonesia, there 310 million people in 2035. It is also supported by data from Beecham Research Institute, the world population is expected to reach 9.6 billion people. To support this condition, there must be increase in food production which can be provided by implementation of technology in agriculture sector. The focus of this research is design of IoT monitoring system based on LoRa in Starfruit plantation. We use pH and soil moisture sensor to monitor soil condition in the plantation. From the experiment, the maximum coverage at 700 meters with RSSI value-120 dBm and PDR value under 50%. In the end user interface, it reveals that interface can be accessed through desktop and smartphone. Then, the average of response time for proposed monitoring system is 0.408 for all menu.
