Abstract
The increasing demand for electric scooters (e-scooters) emphasizes the need for reliable battery performance to ensure user safety and optimal vehicle operation. This study presents the design, implementation, and evaluation of a testing rig specifically developed for e-scooter battery performance assessment. The rig aims to test various battery parameters, including capacity, voltage stability, charging efficiency, and thermal management. The testing rig integrates a brushless DC motor, PCM controller, and a cooling system to simulate real-world conditions. Experimental results provide insights into battery efficiency, safety under load, and thermal behavior. The rig's design offers a reliable platform for further research and development in e-scooter battery technology.
