N2 - An information system that contains: data-process-information, information analysis, decision-making stages of strengthening Integrated for Children Malnutrition Based on Social Engineering, so it will be a stone tool in order to develop the program. While the objectives as follows: the creation of program information, can analyze information, make decisions, to help develop the program. Benefits gained include: the program can be viewed historically, the program can be seen in its development, stimulate the progress of the program. The method is an Action Research, with qualitative research, because studies carried out for limited and specific data sources. The study design used as quasi-experimental posttest only without control, because it is difficult to find an equivalent comparison. The Results is on the Analysis and Design System, which contains system-generated information: the data-process-information, information analysis, decision-making stage, strengthening children malnutrition. As a Decision Support System: data collection activities, decision making program implementation, program development, program sustainability. The software produced is based on: the need for information, support information that is relevant and sustainable for advanced decision making. Conclusions related to prototype decision support system has been made and has been adapted to increase the organizational strengthening of children malnutrition. Suggested the need for training until they can use, and it followed with technical guidance each month for the strengthening and support activities for real programs.
