Abstract

The development of rocket technology has been carried out since 70 years ago, but for some countries, especially developing countries, the development of research on rocket technology is very slow, due to limited resource, since rocket technology is a confidential and a closed technology. Now in this work, it was tried to get rocket data from the X-Plane aircraft simulator. The consequences of using the aircraft simulator for flying a rocket will use to be the material for data analysis whether the data generated from rocket flights has a physical mechanism like a rocket or not. Data obtained from the simulator has been proven to have the characteristics of a rocket mechanism. This works also includes data communications between X-Plane and MATLAB and visualizing the obtained data.
