N2 - Knowledge Management (KM) has been receiving growing attention from the company or organizations. Since risk of failed implementation of KM might occur, organization needs to know the Critical Success Factors (CSF) to implement KM in organization. This study provides a review of the extent literature (2008-2016) on success factors affecting implementation of KM in an organization. The purpose of this study is to observe the model that construct CSF affecting implementation in KM. This Systematic Literature Review (SLR) established a synthesis analysis based on the research model using PRISMA checklist. There are 15 eligible articles obtained from article selection process. This article selection process consists of 4 sections, i.e. identification, screening, eligibility, and included. The result of this research is a CSF model consisting of dimensions of CSF and factors (CSF). Dimensions and CSF are classified based on the knowledge gained from this study. These dimensions are technology, strategic, senior management or leadership, organizational culture and personal, regulation and policy. Each of the dimensions has some CSFs.
