Abstract

The implementation of Government Enterprise Architecture (GEA) in Indonesia has undergone significant changes with the issuance of a presidential regulation in 2018. Despite various initiatives and efforts, delays in the prepared plans have been observed due to the lack of literature related to GEA implementation in the country. Consequently, deviations in developing an organization's EA have been identified, with little consideration given to the GEA concept of integration and collaboration between agencies. This study aims to identify and analyze these problems through a literature review, providing enterprise architects with a reference to address the challenges faced when developing GEA in government agencies.
