This research is aimed at developing a conceptual model of knowledge management in the heavy equipment industry based on knowledge management models that have been introduced by previous researchers. It is hoped that the results of this research can help companies operating in the heavy equipment industry to implement knowledge management so that they can increase their innovation capabilities and productivity.
