Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe how the efforts of DKI Jakarta government to improve the society community through Child Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA), especially through RPTRA's library. It is expected to become an example and it can be adapted by other countries in the world, especially in developing countries in Southeast Asia in solving similar problems. Also, it helps countries in Southeast Asia to collaborate on realizing ASEAN Vision 2020 to enhance human resource development through quality education. The study is limited to the RPTRA in West Jakarta region and its libraries, thus generalization to other RPTRA in all regions of Jakarta are too broad at this stage. This paper requires further research in the future by taking another good collaboration that already exist in the RPTRA itself or research that has not been and can be held in the future
