abstract = "Business Intelligence is one of the information technologies that can help business processes and decision-making processes in organizations. PT PGD is one of the companies that utilize BI technology to support the company's business operations. Unfortunately, the implementation of BI has not had the expected impact because there are still operational constraints that have caused company losses. Based on the problem, it is necessary to research by reviewing BI in terms of features, infrastructure, and implementation as a whole to optimize the effectiveness and operational capabilities of BI which have been implemented in PT PGD. The method used to conduct the research is the integrative model. The results of the study provide recommendations for PT PGD to implement BI in the entire business in organization so that BI processes can provide solutions according to company needs, especially in business operational processes. ",
