Abstract

Ferroelectric phenomena have been widely studied due to their wide application in electronic industries. Hysteresis curve of (P-E) polarization of Barium Titanate doped by Zirconium, Lanthanum and Indium were calculated by using two analytical models of dipole switching Model and dynamic Gibbs free energy of Landau-Khalatnikov. Delphi 7 with a Pascal-based program was used to run the model. Remanent polarization, spontaneous polarization, the coercive electric field was optimized and used as variables. Both Dipole Switching model and modified Dynamic Gibbs free energy model of Landau-Khalatnikov were then compared to experimental data. Statistical approach as R-Weighted Pattern (Rwp) was calculated to measure an agreement between the result of the model and experiment data. The result showed that both of Dipole Switching model and Landau-Khalatnikov Model have a good agreement with experimental data R-factor ≤ 10%.
