N2 - The purpose of this paper is to evaluate critical success factors in business intelligence implementation. To evaluate the priority of the success factors of BI implementation, the research used is to use literature studies and interviews. The data analysis method used in this paper is analytical hierrarchy process (AHP). The research use focus group discussion (FGD) to collect data and it was carried out to members of the business intelligence division of the company, amounting 10 people consisting of data analysts, engineers, and project manager. There are 13 factors evaluated, consisting of 4 factors related to the organization, 5 factores related to the development process, and 4 factors related to technology. The most importan factor for organizational criteria is a clear business vision and strategic plan. The most important factor for the process criteria is the suitability of BI solutions with user expectations. The most important factor in technology criteria is the quality and integrity of data.
