ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA KLIEN, FPE PADA KELUARGA DAN PERAN PMO TERHADAP KEMANDIRIAN DAN KEPATUHAN BEROBAT KLIEN SCHIZOPHRENIA

Nursing process to client, FPE to family and PMO role to independency and medication adherence of schizophrenic client. The prevalence of schizophrenia in Kersamanah is 2.6/1000 person, and 39.8% client has been drop out in medication. This research aimed to found the effect of nursing process to the client, FPE to family and PMO role (as nursing therapy) to independency and medication adherence. This research used a quasy experiment design with purposive sampling. This research use the instrument of independency from the CMHN Jakarta research and the MARS instrumen for medication adherence. The result shows that there is a significant change of independency and medication adherence after intervension of nursing therapy (p-value< α= 0.05). There is a significant differences change between intervention and control group (p-value< α= 0.05).
