Application of Social Skill Training (SST) Therapy is a therapy used to overcome the problem of social isolation in schizophrenia patients. This Final Scientific Work aims to provide an overview of mental nursing specialist case management in social isolation clients through a model and the concept of Hildegrad Peplau's theory approach at Arimbi room at Dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Hospital in Bogor. The method used is an analysis of the application of social isolation patient case management using the concept of Hildegard Peplau's theory at Arimbi Room of Dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi Hospital in Bogor on 32 patients. The results found Social Skill Training is effective in reducing symptoms and increasing the patient's ability to social isolation which is shown through cognitive, affective, physiological, behavioral and social responses.
