Abstract
Introduction: As a result of the increasing competition that exists in the economy on a worldwide scale, healthcare institutions, and hospitals in particular, are placing greater emphasis on meeting or exceeding the requirements of their customers. Because these hospitals need to separate themselves from their competitors and further enhance their reputation, they are required to provide a higher level of service than their competitors. Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the competitive advantage of Santo Antonio Hospital in South Sumatra and aspects such as quality of hospital services, workplace culture, and digital transformation. Method: Descriptive quantitative studies take into account the findings of this study. This study used a type of sampling known as simple random sampling, and as a result, the researchers were able to obtain responses from a total of 100 respondents. Partial Least Square (PLS) is said to be a data analysis method used for special investigations of this matter. Result: Based on the test results, Competitive Advantage is influenced by service quality, work culture, and digital transformation by 96.2% while the rest is influenced by variables that have not been described in this study. This research has the result that competitive advantage is influenced by work culture, digital transformation, and service quality. Conclusion: This explains that Santo Antonio Hospital will be able to compete with competitors if it is able to provide a good work culture to its employees, follow digital developments according to the times, and provide good quality in its services to patients.
