N2 - Due to the action taken to combat climate change, the world is on its time to transition vehicles to battery-electric vehicles. This research examines the satisfaction levels among DKI Jakarta residents using Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs). Through a comprehensive analysis, this study aims to identify critical factors resulting in three factors with the highest total user satisfaction scale, including government policy, environmental sustainability, and recommendations. There were also three factors with the lowest entire scale, including charging location, brand, and the price of the BEVs. Using survey data and statistical methods, the weighted average total user satisfaction level was found to be 4.38, indicating that overall, electric car users are delighted with the performance of electric cars. The findings contribute valuable insights for policymakers, urban planners, and industry stakeholders, offering a nuanced understanding of the dynamics shaping satisfaction with BEVs in the context of DKI Jakarta.
