Abstract

Construction of toll roads as an alternative access to community activities is one of the sectors affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. This study observed how pandemic could affect the toll road construction. We focus on the Cibitung-Cilincing toll road which will run from 2019 to 2022. The Covid-19 pandemic has increased the cost of toll road construction. This study elaborate the components affected in the construction of the Cibitung-Cilincing Toll Road during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Using qualitative survey and quantitative method of multiple linear regression analysis, it is known that the most affected component is the concrete structure. The results of this study indicate that the components of the cost of pavement, earthworks and structural steel works are the components that are most significantly affected.
