One of the problems that exist in mass public transportation is the accessibility of people with disability. This research was conducted using several methods such as in-depth interviews and measurements using a sound level meter to explore design requirements. There are 4 problems that are discovered based on in-depth interview. The problem is visually impaired people often miss the destination station, in a hurry condition, feeling restless, and choosing a wrong door. The four problems raised are the basis for making design needs that can solve the problems faced by the visually impaired.
