N2 - The LRT public transportation was built in 2020 as one of the solutions to Jakarta's traffic jams. There is a plan to extend the Jakarta LRT phase 1B route, connecting Velodrome Station with Manggarai Station. On the same route, a BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) is already operating. This study's objective is to know the preferences of the people who pass this route to the planned route of the Jakarta LRT phase 1B. The research data analysis method is a binary logit model regression approach. Normality tests, correlation tests, modelling, and feasibility tests are done after the stated preference survey. Then, the validation tests were carried out to form the best binary logit model. The results of the binary logit model were then used to calculate the probability to find the demand from the Jakarta LRT phase 1B. The modes usage probabilities results could be used to analyse demand potential. The best binary logit model that fulfils all tests is the model with independent variables Jakarta LRT service fare and travel time savings, with user preferences for Jakarta LRT fares of IDR 5,000 and 30 minutes of travel time savings. The probability of demand for Jakarta LRT services with this variable is 83.86%, equal to 6.234 daily passengers.
