N2 - In an application development, the number of coding or logic errors made by the programmer influence the results of the complete application. One of the reasons for such mistakes is the lack of knowledge of a specific banking process. Often, knowledge related to user needs such as application flow and business processes is only known by System Analyst in the form of tacit knowledge. This condition requires knowledge management activities, especially for application development. However, based on prior studies, not all organizations can successfully implement knowledge management activities. To ensure success, an organization needs to identify the level of readiness to implement knowledge management. The author maps 6 Knowledge Management Critical Success Factors (KMCSF) to the Knowledge Management Infrastructure to obtain a more detailed and reliable assessment instrument. This research uses a quantitative method and utilizes a questionnaire for data collection. The results of data processing were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis to obtain the organizational readiness level of implementing knowledge management. The results showed that Bank XYZ scored 65.48 out of 100 points. Thus, it can be concluded that the organization is ready to implement knowledge management, especially for application development.
