N2 - Knowledge is one of the most valuable assets for an organization. By managing existing knowledge, organizations can gain competitive advantage in competition with other organizations. Otherwise, if the existing knowledge within the organization is not properly managed, it can lead to losses such as loss of business opportunities, and the destruction of the organization due to lack of innovation so that knowledge management is required. In practice, knowledge management is not always successfully implemented by every organization.
