N2 - Companies or organizations on an enterprise-level are constantly racing to increase their business value. Various strategies in corporate management are also implemented to achieve this, one of which is the extended enterprise. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk (BRI) as one of the largest banking companies in Indonesia does not miss the implementation of this Extended Enterprise. Partners who work with BRI aim to improve business processes by aligning goals between partners and companies. BRI has great benefits in cooperating with partners in improving products and services, especially for customers. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing how the implementation of Extended Enterprise by BRI in offering products and services from the perspective of the parties involved and the forms of cooperation; the capabilities and value offered by BRI; and challenges faced between partners and companies. Data was collected using a qualitative methodology based on observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The results that had obtained from this study show the analysis of partners who work with BRI and the challenges were faced such as inappropriate information, lack of standard services by partners and differences of opinion between partners and BRI and then will be mapped to the model of factors that affect the effectiveness of collaboration in the application of Extended Enterprise.
