N2 - The Covid-19 pandemic prompted rapid community reconfiguration; Indonesia implemented a national-level lockdown. Education in Indonesia applies distance learning (PJJ). Considering that not all educators understand and apply how they should work in front of a computer properly and correctly so that there are no harmful things, especially disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Considering this, then it becomes important to know the ergonomic factors and work styles that have the potential to increase musculoskeletal disorders when performing PJJ by conducting video conferencing. The analysis was carried out by distributing questionnaires to lecturers at the University of Indonesia. This study got as many as 98 respondents. This study aims to find out the ergonomic risk factors and work styles that influence increasing musculoskeletal disorders in lecturers especially those carrying out distance learning. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is used to find out the relationship between variables such as between manifest and latent variables, the relationship between latent variables, and measuring measurement error variables on several independent and dependent variables in a model. The result of the study indicates that there are several work styles factors that contribute to lecturers' musculoskeletal disorders.
