The development of the industrial sector in Indonesia is growing rapidly. Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) from 2014 to 2016, there was an increase in the number of large and medium manufacturing industries. However, industrial improvement can have an impact on the environment. This research was conducted in one of the surfactant factories in West Java. Where this factory is ISO 14001:2015 certified, environmental management system. The aims of this research are analysis and evaluation of material and energy consumption. Impact analysis is carried out with flow material analysis (FMA). The analysis is carried out starting from the stages of receiving raw materials, processing to the final product. Evaluation of material and energy consumption is done by comparing the program for several years and goals. The results show for five years, considering energy consumption, water consumption is not linear with optimum production volume. The results of this evaluation can be used as a basis for companies to develop and implement the life cycle perspective's program according to the requirements of ISO 14001: 2015, environmental management system.
