Abstract
LAN Jakarta is one of eight working units at the National Institute of Public Administration. Currently, its budget management information system has not been integrated. Unintegrated systems create obstacles in the implementation of budget management. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design information systems that can improve the performance of budget management. The research is done using the Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) method, logical design in the form of a logical system model, and the specification of the system to be developed. The results of this study serve as advice to LAN Jakarta for approaches to changing and integrating its budget management system by using Microsoft Excel in the financial and other work units, with an integrated website-based budget management system. An integrated website-based budget management system can improve the performance of budget management at LAN Jakarta.
