N2 - The analysis of the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) has not been implemented optimally at the College of Police Sciences. Several constraints related to resources, policies, and budgets hinder the implementation of SPMI. In addition, STIK has not applied modern quality assurance analysis in performance measurement related to the implementation of strategies that have been running, using only absorption analysis of budgets. The study aims to measure the achievement of the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) by using the modern higher education management concept Balance Scorecard (BSC) at the College of Police Sciences (STIK) and create a control flow for the implementation of SPMI using the BSC approach. The research approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach using observation and interview study methods in the STIK community environment. The stages of analysis carried out include weighting performance to assess the number of numbers/indices, which consist of; the Key Performance Indicator Achievement Index (IKU), Strategic Target Value (NSS), Perspective Performance Value (NKP), Unit Performance Value (NKU). The results of achieving the strategy using a balanced scorecard on the strategy used by the College of Police Science in improving the quality of education in 2022 have not been achieved well or are still below the minimum standard of NKU. This shows that the achievement of NKU is only 75.19%, which means that it has not met the minimum target set at 100%.
