Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the scheme of retail sukuk Ijarah Assets To Be Leased SR - 009, issued by the Minister of Finance through Bank XYZ, as well as the suitability of sharia behind this product. This research utilizes qualitative methods including interviews and document study. Subjects who become the informant include banks that sell retail sukuk SR - 009 and also buyers of retail sukuk. The results show that although the object of the contract, in the form of projects in Budget 2017, is feared, there are also risks that that will become gharar or jammed. However, retail sukuk has not become an issue of sharia from both banks and sukuk buyers. The conditional investment explains in more detail the specification of assets, type, and value of the asset documents to ensure that the work in progress from state budget projects will go well.
